Weekends eggs for brunch
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Parmesan
- Crème Fraiche
- Greens
- Red onions
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Whip 2 eggs in a bowl. (for one serving)
- Heat up a pan on medium heat, melt the butter and add the eggs. Let the eggs cook a little, then stir lightly and let the eggs set.
- Add salt, and fold it together. Carefully flip and let the eggs cook to set for a few seconds.
- While the first batch of eggs are setting, whip up the next batch.Remove the first omelette and repeat for the second one.
- Top the eggs with parmesan, crème fraiche, and add the greens of your liking on the side. Top everything with a drizzle of olive oil.
