Creamy Chia Pudding

Perfect breakfast to prepare the night before or even a few hours before to have as a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 pinch grounded cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 dl plantbased milk
  • 1 dl greek or turkish yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar into a bowl, whisk in the milk slowly. Add the yoghurt and mix well. It should become smooth and creamy.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
  • Serve in a small, cute bowl or jar and add the toppings of your liking.
    I like to add berries or chopped fruits, granola, nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
