Creamy Chia Pudding
Perfect breakfast to prepare the night before or even a few hours before to have as a snack.

- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 pinch grounded cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 dl plantbased milk
- 1 dl greek or turkish yoghurt
Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar into a bowl, whisk in the milk slowly. Add the yoghurt and mix well. It should become smooth and creamy.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
Serve in a small, cute bowl or jar and add the toppings of your liking. I like to add berries or chopped fruits, granola, nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
