Method
- Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar into a bowl, whisk in the milk slowly. Add the yoghurt and mix well. It should become smooth and creamy.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
- Serve in a small, cute bowl or jar and add the toppings of your liking. I like to add berries or chopped fruits, granola, nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
